It works decent. While working moving around cooking cleaning . Helps hold on the muscle pain while doing activities Sitting getting up also was apart of. Also It’s just depends person how often how much they are able wearing . Super comfortable unlike other belts uneasy and tight hard to deal with Adjustability. Purchased 2 times few years back I had pulled muscle pinched nerve or sciatica.this belt helped get through the day standing moving in office. Recently my family member had almost same issues lower back issues but not exactly sciatica. I purchased again so far it’s working for her. Being specific on details different kind of back pain so possible can help others read review.. so yes it’s very decent belt easy peasy . Help get through the day.

Its very good Back support strap . It also has some heat to it and good thing about is i can wear it inside and not to visible out on clothes and work drive all day long . Very easy to put it on and take it off and can carrry anywhere esily

Works well but it has a bad order . I wear it all day a work and it gets sweaty. I washed it but it still produces a bad order

Would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted it for the magnets. There are a couple tiny ones on each side. They are so weak that metal won't even stick to them. Waste of money. Also there is a lot of vinyl on it. I would bet it would make you sweat like crazy. Will be returning it asap.

Comfortable fits well. It started relieving my lumbar spine pain immediately. After a about 30 mins. it reduced my pain level by 90%. Would recommend and would buy again!

My wife has one and liked it so I ordered one for myself. Not heavy duty but great for moderate back support and adjustable. Delivered on time. Sizing is accurate.
