What can I say it's tapioca starch

I love tapioca syrup when used with gummies, however, something with the process of turning this to starch eliminated much, if not all, of the flavor. Pictured is my effort at BOBA for tea. I used water and some cherry concentrate. I then later chilled it and put it into some tea, coconut milk, and a little bit of honey. It turned out very well, with Boba left at the bottom taunting me that I couldn't make nice pearls. Well, sorry. Sorry, Boba, you always judge me like that, but I eat you all the same. I used it before as some coating but prefer anything from almond flour to coconut a bit more. My thought is this will be good to have around to turn certain soups into stews, and it'll probably be gone for me by then, but I may compare it to corn starch regarding Thanksgiving Gravy. Overall, it's nice. If it were 1/3 of the 3lb bag as advertised I'd give it 5 stars, but at its current price of $11.12/lb [5% discount indicated], I give it 4 stars.

I bought this to make my own dry shampoo and it’s awesome. I also use it in place of cornstarch. It thickens so great.
