Cosmopolitan Soap Dispenser, SuperSteel InfinityFinish

Our third try to find a soap pump that we like, third time’s the charm! Looks great, finish is easy to keep clean. O-rings keep it neat and tidy.

Bought this to replace an identical-appearing unit from around 2014 that would no longer pump, despite my efforts to thin the soap, clean the pump mechanism, etc. I can confirm that this unit uses an updated pump mechanism compared to the one that was replaced. It has now been working with no problems for several months.

Five stars PLUS however it is a -qualified- five plus rating.. If you are using a pre punched hole in the sink I believe that as we you will quickly discover that the arm is just a bit too short to get the liquid into rather than onto your sink . The solution is as simple as moving the dispenser just a bit closer but alas once again I am confident in typing that as we you similarly will realize that the problem is now just a bit of the knock out is no longer covered by the dispenser base ;a real bummer. We opted to cob up an aluminum oversized cover and it works perfectly-other than this I think the only option is to drill a hole close enough but not so close that you will no longer be able to mount the soap bottle thus requiring the purchase of an extended supply hose which may or may not work-of course the factory knock out would be covered by a readily available snap in cover. We are quite happy with the dispenser which fills from the top by the way- typical flawless Grohe fit/finish and heft. It works perfectly and Amazon had it to us in less than 3 days; not just a home run but a grand slam all around.

This is the one if you want quality and not having to change it for at least 5/10 years.

Wonderful! I bought two of these Grohe soap dispensers to REPLACE the Kraus brand I bought 2 years ago that both started to rust inside the soap chamber- The Kraus brand uses a metal soap "straw" that rusts and gets into soap. It was gross.. This Grohe model- beautiful stainless on the outside but the inside of it (that is underneath the counter) is plastic so it won't rust and stay clean forever. Highly recommend!

this is a very nice looking unit, which fits well with the nice Grohe kitchen faucets. it is nothing special as far as operation. it isnt very easy to fill, as the fill hole is simply the same size as where the dispenser fits, and its impossible to tell how much soap has actually been added except by looking at the source. every now and then it stops working, and then it takes awhile to determine if its just plugged or out of soap. kind of a dump approach to a very simple concept. I have often found this to be true of German fixtures...they look very good, but they are often more complex than needs require for the job. Grohe should simply this item and make it a lot more user friendly.

Looks great but, I only get one pump to of it. it takes about 10 minutes for the plunger to fully rebound. On the bright side, it saves on soap. (sarcasm)

Reliable pump. Holds 16oz. of liquid. We cut the Dawn dish soap 2:1 with water to thin it - works better, goes farther.

We had a quooker soap dispenser for about 8 years, which eventually broke but a replacement was about £200. So bought this in March 2023 thinking that Grohe was a reputed company. We have persisted with it for 3 months. But for the last 11 weeks have resorted to using a fairly liquid bottle instead. The pump is just crap, it requires a lot of force just to pump one squirt of soap. This comes out at such a high force and in such a tiny volume that it squirts everywhere. The pump is then out of action for about 30mins as it takes this long to rise. Terrible engineering, absolutely crap product. Waste of money. Please don't fall into the same trap of thinking that Grohe would provide a quality product. Use a bottle or look elsewhere, we will now be going back to Quooker.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this soap dispenser. It's well made and easy to install. I own many Grohe products in my house and the lifetime waranty is very nice to have. I recommend without hesitation.

This item looks good (haven't used it yet), however says Made in China. Grohe don't have manufacturing plants in China as far as I know. Would the seller care to explain please?
