But you should not take D 3 without K 2 and if you are looking at this you already know why. But I could not find one that was heavy metal or allergen free! I have been searching for over a year to find a D 3 K 2 combo that is heavy metal free!. I had an orthopedic implant from the top orthopedic hospital in the country that gave me heavy metal poisoning! I almost died. There are no supplement labels that say free of heavy metals! None! So I have to read each ingredient to see if it has heavy metals. Many k 2 and D 3 supplements have seaweed or Avocado. Both contain heavy metals. All oil except Olive oil has heavy metals. Vital nutrients does not have oil in it! Also soy and Gluten and hundreds of other ingredients that are in many D 3 and K 2 supplements are "natural" and have heavy metals in them! I dont just break out like some people I have seizures with exposure to heavy metals! I have contacted so many supplement companies and told me how serious the poisoning is. At first they pretend it's okay then I say I can have a seizure or die and I need to know for sure then they say maybe it's best if you dont buy ours! So I came across Vital Nutrients. I asked the same questions I ask all of the others and to my delight they are truly allergen and heavy metal free!
