Q: I see a main ingredient is hfcs. how much sugar is in a 7.5ml dose?

The inactive ingredients are not broken down in amounts like nutritional values on a food item. I would say a good guess is put water in the cup and poor in a measuring spoon to get measure of a dose. Then compare that to the same amount of a liquid sugar..like honey or maple syrup. And then figure it's probably 1/2 to 2/3 of that in reality..because part of the ingredients is water. Failing that you just need to contact the company' Perrigo in Michigan or Amazon. I think that actually Amazon brand.
