Very Tasty Seasoning
This is very good seasoning. I like the variety of seasonings they offer and the price is good. I have used this mix multiple times in our venison sausage and it is delicious. The only thing I wished they had on the packaging is a chart for smaller batches. The package is made for bulk mixing. I can do the math but a small chart on the packaging would be very helpful. I will definitely be buying this seasoning again.

Wow'
We make our own sausage from fresh ground pork. Using recommended ingredients, we produced a fair result. On a whim, I tried this product. It is perfect. It has the right balance of flavors and heat. It reminds me of sausage I had in Columbus when I was stationed at Ft. Benning Georgia back in the 1960s. It doesn't get any better.
