How do I do a warranty claim, shurflow says deal with seller, seller says deal with shurflow?

Out of the box defects within 30 days go through the seller. After that, it has to be handled under the factory warranty.

will this pump start and stop automatically by just using the nozzle. and if so what is the pressure switch set at?

I just replaced the pump on my boat with this pump and the switch on the panel must be on for the pump to operate. It will continuously operate the live well as long as the switch is on so would assume it is not pressure regulated
