Best purchase I’ve ever made along with my iPad. They’ve been fantastic companions during my time in school and will continue to serve as such. This laptop is of phenomenal quality, mine no scratches, dents, marks, anything upon receiving it. The battery life was barely a couple cycles when I first received it back in 2023. I’ve been using this like crazy and it’s been performing well and doing me great justice. I got the 1TB version and I haven’t even scratched the surface of putting it to use yet. The size is alright, not very heavy but can get a little annoying when reaching far across and using one hand. Very portable and convenient nonetheless! It handles the tasks I need it to very quickly and with ease (labs, coding, gaming, etc) and the speakers are bangin. Great sound quality, very hypnotic depending on what you listen to.

I just bought a refurbished 2021 Apple MacBook Pro from Amazon. The product looks very good and clean and matched the condition described on Amazon. Setting up the laptop for the first time also went very smoothly. I am very pleased with the condition of the MacBook Pro.

one star because the seller is just a random Amazon seller not a qualified tech company The two biggest issues have nothing to do with the computer itself, rather the accessories that come with it, the charger and cable, which are both cheap knock offs, and the sellers overall handling of that Number one the charger is a cheap knock off no branding. I’ve seen tons of them on Amazon ranging anywhere from $10-$20. The reason this is an issue is its a “smart charger“ and will send more power to the computer than the computers battery can handle For people who understand computers, skip this specific part obviously but for people that don’t it is necessary that the charger is from a reputable brand because the way that a computer receives power from a charger is through what’s called a handshake put simply the charger and computer need to communicate to each other how much power needs to be received/sent to not damage the computer the charger that’s included with the computer does not do that The overall battery health of the computer I bought was at 91% when I started to use the charger that was included the battery health we t down to 88% within two weeks It frustrates me that a product of this price range can include such a terribly cheap accessory that will destroy the battery and that is unacceptable i now use a apple charger and cable and the battery health since then it has stayed the same When you’re spending $1700 you should get a good charger. Number two experience with the seller I messaged the seller on October 18th and didn’t receive anything until October 28 and I believe the only reason they responded is because I texted them that day, reminding them about my concerns with the computers included charger To make it as short as possible, since this is a long review, the only thing that they will do is do an exchange they will not even acknowledge the fact that the charger will damage the computer the only thing they mentioned is that they do not include original accessories Even after I explained how frustrated I was, I could tell that all they’re doing is just copying and pasting messages based on my response so I know that there’s no way of actually resolving this issue So far I have no real issues with the computer itself I just cannot believe how the company can include such a bad charger

Arrived well packed in a generic non-Apple box. Battery had just 41 cycles on it (>95% original capacity). No scratches or dings on the body. Keyboard shows very very faint signs of use. The LCD screen had one very faint scratch that is only visible from certain angles when the screen is off. The "M1 Pro" chip comes in three versions; this laptop had the highest spec version with 10 CPU cores and 16 GPU cores. Came bundled with a NEW Geniune Apple 96W USB-C power adapter and new geniune USB-C to MagSafe3 cable. I've put the laptop through a few charge-discharge cycles so far the battery is holding strong. Happy to report no issues at all. Like new as far as I'm concerned.

I never write review, but this product really superised me. I read many reviews and decided to buy from the Woot, who has multiple positive reviews. The computer is really brand new, without any scratches or defects, they even upgrade my power to 96W. You can see the pictures I attached taken in the sunlight. The computer I received has only gone through five charging cycles, and there are still four months left on the warranty, which is truly a pleasant surprise for the price. Initially, I doubted the positive reviews for Woot, thinking they might be advertisements, but it wasn't! it is indeed very good! After reading many reviews, I noticed that reviews for purchases from All out apple and loop mobile are not very favorable, while DLX has some positive feedback. When making a purchase, please pay attention to the supplier, read reviews, and hopefully, everyone can find a computer that meets their satisfaction!

I like it very much but only issue I noticed is that when charger is connected sometimes the charging disconnects and connects automatically which makes inconvenient to me while I’m working something. Not sure it is because of software issue. As long as it’s rare, I am okay with it. Other than this, it works well and meet my expectations.

Estéticamente vino bien, el cargador incluido es de las réplicas más básicas que podria ser, parece para celular comprado en la calle. La salud de la bateria decía estar al 89% por lo que pensé había sido una buena compra, sin embargo la misma dura alrededor de 4 horas, que si bien no es crítico, cambie a Mac por las supuestas más de 10.Horas de bateria.

Ya se cumplió un año de uso y puedo recomendar al 100%. Me llegó solo con 4 ciclos de carga, prácticamente nueva y hasta la fecha no ha habido ninguna sola falla. De las mejores inversiones que he hecho.

Llegó como nueva en una caja blanca dentro de otra más grande. No le encontré rasguños. El cargador es nuevo al igual que el cable. Sólo tres ciclos de batería.
