Love how smooth this reel rolls and how easy it is to pay out and retrieve line. This thing is an absolute game changer! Ball bearing rollers work really well - just make sure to not to let it freewheel when you pay out line, or you'll surely be dealing with a bird's nest of knots. Top quality line is included & works just fine for our four foot kite. It's not so heavy as to bog it down at all. I don't find the winding knob to be a problem at all. I have medium sized male hands. Super easy to hang on to for my daughter who has small hands. Just order one already - you know you want to, you will NOT be dissapointed!!
