How I arrived at my overall rating: ***** (5 stars) Value ***** (5 stars) Purchase price: $8.99 Didn't need this many, but good to have on hand Quality/Durability ***** (5 stars) Duration of use: 18 months So far, no issues with the lights that were fixed. Ease of Use/Assembly/Install: ***** (5 stars) Easy to use, connect, tighten and that's it. Small enough to fit inside the canister space Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: ***** (5 stars) Extremely happy that this solved the problem without having to change out entire light. As others have mentioned, this is a fix if the port has been worn out. For other lights, I had to change the socket.

Worked exactly as needed, and we were able to replace the worn out plug ports on our halogen ceiling lights without buying a whole new fixture!

Although these connector blocks are not like the Euro ones from long ago, they will work fine. The original Euro ones had slotted screws the were impossible to strip. We shall see.....
