Great refill for a great tool
These worked great. You obviously need the compression tool to use them. It’s nice to be able to route your own cables the way and length you want them. No more spooling up the excess cable installers leave behind your tv.

Easy to use, provides excellent signal quality for RG6 connections but not the best...
These fit the bill for most residential applications especially indoor one's, but if these are used in tough environments or you want something that must meet high level signal quality standards go with what the pro installers use. Pros Easy to install Well built Attractive design Klein trusted brand Great signal quality with low attenuation Cons Price Not the absolute best for signal quality or weather resistance If signal quality or longevity means the absolute utmost to you, use PPC EX6XL-PLUS compression connectors. 4.5/5 stars

The best I've ever used
I can't overstate how great these things are. I've used a few other compression-style barrel connectors before these, and they were all absolute murderers on my hands. I had to push them onto the ends of the cables so hard that I couldn't get through more than 4 terminations before I had to take a break. And I always worried about damaging the cables. But these Klein connectors are perfect. They just slip on so easily, and then I really only need to compress with a tool once in order to terminate, but I still do it a couple times just to make sure. I still had a couple dozen of my old connectors, but after a single job of terminating about 30 RG6 ends, I threw my old ones away. They weren't even worth keeping around in emergencies. I'd rather delay a job a couple days while I order more of these than kill my hands with the other connectors. Sure, these are more expensive, but they are 100% worth the cost. Even before I knew how easy they were to work with, I could just feel the quality in the weight and see it in the construction. The other connectors I've used felt like tin. These felt like real metal and they even look good, which makes a good impression on my clients. Seriously, don't use anything else. I'm slowly moving a lot of my networking tools over the Klein and becoming a big fan.

Great Klein Tools Coax F Connectors!
These Klein Tools coax F connector compression fittings work great. They work well with both dual and quad shielded RG-6 coax cable. Although, using the connectors with quad shielded coax cable does take a little bit more work to fold back the steel braided shielding, so the cable will fit in the connector. However, the little bit of extra time is well worth the end results. If you use the Klein Tools compression fitting installer, these fitttngs terminate perfectly every time. The only caveat I would give these connectors is the price. At around one dollar a piece, these connectors are a bit pricey. However, Klein Tools makes great equipment, and these connectors are no exception.

Honestly Wouldn't Use Anything Else From Now On
Every good thing said about this connector is true. It is a fantastic build quality, it is very easy to use even with quad shielded RG6, and the "snap" it produces when it is secured to the cable is a great way to let you know that it is on and sealed correctly. After using a number of other no name brands where I struggled to even get the connector on a quad shielded RG6 and then had the connector fail, I wouldn't use anything than this connector going forward. It was so easy and quick I was done in no time and had no doubt that the connector was secured and working well.

Overpriced but works every time
Way overpriced but they work every time regardless of coax cable diameter. Guess you get what you pay for.

The only RG6q connector.
I've used many brand rg6q rated f type connectors. Some don't fit, some do not properly bond the shield to connector housing, and some are fragile and break. These are perfect every time. I have reordered these a few times. Don't fall for anything else.....buy cheap and rebuy the correct ones or order these first.

The Usual Klein Tools Quality
I had never used compression connectors. I bought the Klein Tools kit with stripper and compact compression tool. It was easy to figure out how to use these connectors. It helps to hold the connector in place with one finger when using the compression tool. NOTE: There are multiple sizes of RG6 coax cable. These are 6Q, meant for Quad-Shield cable, which is thick. If you use them with cheap, thin, single shielded RG6, the connectors will slip off. If you purchase connectors that are sized for the cable you are using, they will not slip off. I used the Cables Direct Quad Shield https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C595CNR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

Should've purchased these to begin with. These stay on unlike the cheaper alternatives. Each one I used worked perfectly. Used a standard crimping tool, didn't need the Klein version but will purchase it if and when the need arises

pretty good quality, fast delivery

Very high quality connectors. Easy to set on RG6 cable, easy to crimp, and impossible to undo once done. If there was a ten star rating, I would give it...
