A gentle calm without feeling groggy
This has been a great addition to my evening routine. I take it when I’m feeling overstimulated or anxious, and it helps me relax without knocking me out. I appreciate that it doesn’t leave me feeling foggy the next day like other calming supplements.

Amazing results
This is a wonderful product. I have a chronic disorder that has caused early onset osteoarthritis. I’m used to being in pain almost all of the time. After three days of using this (1-2 pills three times a day) I am experiencing a HUGE reduction in the pain I have become accustomed to. I have also noticed reduced swelling under my eyes and in my joints. I bought a couple more bottles to give to relatives who are also struggling with pain. I can’t recommend it enough.

Not worth the price point
This was recommended to me by a functional medicine doctor and I really didn't notice any differences on it. It has has a HORRIBLE smell and you can taste no matter how much water you take or how fast you swallow it. I am almost never bothered by the taste or smell of supplements but this one was rough. It even tasted bad burping hours later.

Very happy
After having my neuro transmitter blood tests done I found that my body was revved too high to sleep at night. The Calm G took care of the racing mind issues and I am getting excellent quality sleep and waking refreshed.

I think it works. Also recommended by PharmD giving lecture. I was finally able to sleep for 6 hours after jet lag. I had no am side effects of lethargy.
