Didn't Last
Item worked great for nearly two years then just quit. No display, no nothing! Giving it a good rating only because when it worked out was great and they didn't have a rating for longevity.

App is a Joke - You are Paying Double for no benefit
My suggestion to anyone reading this is to pay 50% as much and just get the local readout (Non-WiFi) type of device as the app and WiFi on this unit are, in all seriousness, a joke. You cannot adjust "Heating Differential" or "Cooling Differential" values in the BN-Link Smart app. You can only adjust these values locally by pressing buttons on the control unit itself. If you do not set these differential values then you should know that your minimum and maximum values then control when either the heating or cooling elements will turn on. It will yield huge temperature swings so be prepared. Please also know that the values shown on the app only update every 4 to 5 minutes. Yes, I used a stopwatch while standing there holding my iphone and looking at the local controller. Temp moving up a tenth of a degree every few seconds on the controller, but the value on my iphone in the BN-Link Smart app only updated every 4 to 5 minutes! And equally annoying is that even though you may set 80.0 F as a value in the app, as soon as you hit the save button the main screen will show 79.9 F. If you then try 80.1 F as a value in the app, as soon as you hit the save button it will display 80.1 F !! Incredible for what you are paying to get a remote WiFi benefit when in reality it simply doesn't deliver.

Good product, easy to use and has the 15 amp capacity I needed
Works great and has the 15 amp capacity I needed. It works just like the Inkbird but the Inkbird only has a 10amp capacity and I went through 4 Inkbirds which all failed until I came across this product.

Excellent for controlling temperature - setup not so much
First, the controller does an excellent job of controlling the temperature, and seems to maintain the wifi connection very well. I use it for controlling the heat in my outdoor water treatment shed, so the piping won't freeze up; I do not use it as an AC controller. The temperature probe seems well made, and is easy to install in the measurement location you need it; plenty of cord length for a small shed. My only issue is the setup. There is no manual for this device; the brief guide that comes with it does not provide nearly enough information, and what it does provide is not adequate. I searched on-line for a manual on the BN-Link web site, but there is none for this model. The hardest part was getting it set up on wifi. There is no WiFi or "connect" button on the device, and no WiFi "reset" or "on/off" button. I'm an engineer, so I'm pretty good with controllers and with software apps. I eventually got it set up and connected to wifi, based on my experience with other apps and controllers. The good news is that once it connected, the BN-Link App works great. You can easily set and control the temperature range from your phone or tablet. Overall, a great device as a controller, it just needs a better user-interface, and a detailed instruction manual for connecting it to WiFi and the BN-Link App. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

Not suitable for greenhouse/any use needing separate heat and cool off temp (most in my opinion)
This is a great example of designer misunderstanding use. The device looks good and seems to be built well. The make or break issue, break in this case, was that the off ("goal") temperature setting is the same for cooling and heating. Meaning that for instance, if you want cooling to stop when temp is down to 80f, the heat will not turn off until it reached the same temperature. There is no way to set a different off temp for cooling and heating. This renders it unusable for greenhouses, but also for me it's an issue with other applications, even at home the goal temperature when cooling is not the same as heating. With an easy software change they could have fixed that easily. Shame as this seems like a great device. On a "nice to have" note, if they made the settings simply - set ON and OFF temps for heat, ON and OFF temps for cool, that's all that is really needed. The 2f hysteresis on the on-off is reasonable, if they want to get fancy, an advanced setting for that would be beneficial for geeks. Would give it 5 stars if the firmware/interface supported separate heat/cool temp.

Like the WiFi feature
I like the WiFi option .I se pne to regulate the temperature in rising container.i use another to control my transplant mat, another regulate the temperature of my greenhouse.

Hard to Configure, Limited Application
First, this only works on 2.4GHz wifi. If your phone doesn't support frequency selection, linking to it is a pain. I had to go into my router and turn off my 5 GHz bands to make this work. Should be able to do this via bluetooth. Second, understand the limitations of only have 1 setpoint. If you want to maintain a temperature around ONE temperature, it will work fine. In my case, I have a greenhouse that I want to cool above 95F and heat when it gets below 45F. With one setpoint, you have to set high deadbands (temp difference between when it turns on/off the heat/cooling outlets). This makes either your cooling and/or heating device run for much longer than really needed. Third, the instructions and app aren't very good in my opinion. In their defense however, I saw the same functionality in the other similar devices. I just elected to by a cooling and heating controller separately. Cost about the same, but would've liked to have had the wifi functionality.
