Are there any Instructions?

No, no instructions You really don’t need them. Red is positive black is negative and yellow is for changing the pattern. To change the pattern you apply 12 volts to the yellow wire for a moment the remove it. I used a push button switch to do that.

What gauge wire is used?

24-26 gauge stranded wire. Each of the 3 wires is small and delicate. The lights draw a maximum of 0.13 amps, so there is no need for the manufacturer to provide heavier-gauge wires

Does this come with a control box?

No. Unless you want different patterns at different times, you just touch the yellow to 12v until they are all on the same pattern. Then wire all the yellow to a switch and you can change them all at the same time.

What is the size of the hardware used? I am looking to buy a tap and die set for the holes i need to drill in my bumper

I drilled the bases out just a little bit and used 5/16 bolts and nuts on my bumper. Put a set on my headache rack and used self tappers for them. Both were great,

Faulty

8/8 lights worked testing them out of the box. After installation and running them for a total of 5 minutes I’m down to 5 working lights. 3 of them just stay on, no flashing like the others. That is a terrible working life-span.
