I bought this for personal use. I love loose leaf tea and this cup makes it so much more convenient than the little mesh ball I was previously using. It cleans easily and comes apart easily. I waited until I’d used it several times before I wrote a review because I wanted to test the “leaky lid” issue other users had experienced. I’ve not had this problem at all while drinking normally. It’s onviously not going to handle being turned upside down, but why would you do that anyways? I’m very glad the cup is glass, because I use flavored teas that can sometimes leave their taste behind even after being washed. That’s not an issue with the glass!The duck is adorable too. He makes for a fun little piece. My husband thinks it’s a nifty cup and my family members each want one of their own as well!For the price, you can’t beat this cup!

This is the best tea infuser, it keeps the tea hot for too long, great product.

Great concept but bad exicution, the top is very flimsy and uncomfortable to drink from and you can't use the tea holder without using the top, but the glass seems strong and love the holder around it

As with the other reviews it is not the best lid. It definitely dribbles if you are using it to drink from. I just use it during steeping and the take it off to drink. Since I use it only at the office it's fine- if i wanted to use it as a travel mug I'd probably rerurn it. But love the color, love the glass insert.

The cup was broken.

I drink a lot of loose leaf tea, and I love this cup. Makes drinking tea faster, easier, and so much fun. Cute little duck inside (to hold the tea leaves) Definitely sturdier than I thought it would be, and very simple to assemble. A+

Love the quality of it but the lid color is not the exact same as handle color and personally, that drives me crazy.
