This is an awesome system for bead storage. It took a little time, but I finally moved all my seed beads into these wonderful containers and trays. I was going CRAZY with so many beads in all kinds of storage containers - used to be such a pain to keep track of what I had and find what I needed. Now, I have all the colors sorted per tray and labeled and its so nice to not only have everything in one type of container but I can see clearly what Im looking for. As well, with tiny beads its nice to feel confident in the container not inadvertently opening up - these lids are attached and snap securely closed. I use a small funnel to pour beads in and use the lid as an intermittent stopper when I’m pouring out a few to use. At first I was shy of buying them since I needed 12 trays - adds up fast - but they are worth every penny. It was liberating to finally toss out all those old containers, saving tons of space, time and sanity. I LOVE THEM!

I have used every storage system available for beads: round screw top containers, Jolie's Crystal Storage (now discontinued), plastic rectangles with flip tops, small Dritz containers with a separate lid, tubes with pull out tops, tubes with screw on tops, zip lock bags and small organizers with multiple boxes. Sides are either straight of curved. All of them have at least one flaw. The tops breaks, the bag rips, the tube cracks, the top is too loose and falls out or just too cumbersome to use. Elizabeth Ward has created a beautiful and practical tiny container for those who love small seed beads. Their beauty is that the closure cuts down on static electricity, which is an enemy to the smallest size 15 and 11 beads made. Static causes beads to cling to the sides of tubes, to spring out of other containers and in general make beading time a pick up affair, not a creative one. The perfectly designed side notches for easy removal, the tight fitting hinged lids, the clear, see through body are all what makes this a winner. No static problems encountered with this system. As recently as two years ago, they were hard to find and somewhat elusive. Now, due to their apparent popularity and probably due to the Darice branding, they are readily available from many online sources as well as sold in store at select A C Moore stores. Get out those scissors for coupons! I started out conservatively, with several sets of 13 tiny containers. Now I have 4 complete trays with 78 containers each. I'm very pleased and happy with this and recommend it to anyone who wants their stash organized, beautiful and easy to work with.

This is not the first one I've bought! I love how it keeps all my little bits and pieces corralled, everything from beads to die cut elements in eye sight, one place nice and organized. The variety of sizes of container allow for different quantities and sizes; the individual container lids are easy to open but most important they stay closed. The whole unit has a lid that makes it easy to stack.

I purchased the Elizabeth Ward bead storage solutions specifically for Diamond art drill storage and it has been absolutely perfect. The system includes four different container sizes which makes organizing square drills round drills, leftover drills and multiple Diamond painting projects so easy and efficient. The containers are sturdy clear and fit perfectly in the tray great for Diamond painting organization, jewelry storage and craft storage. The price is very reasonable for the quality and versatility you get. What really surprised me was discovering that it also comes with jewelry-making supplies, including items for making earrings, which I had no idea were included when I purchased it. Such a fun bonus! This is an excellent storage solution for anyone who does Diamond painting, bead storage, rhinestone storage or other small craft organization. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced Diamond painters alike.

Edited review: I still love these, but I have two criticisms. One is that the containers do not poor beads well! Seems to be due to the shape of the containers themselves and lid style. Pouring out beads (11/0 seed beads is what I use them for) tends usually results in beads spilling and bouncing where you don't want them, and this kinda stinks, especially if the beads you're using are tiny, expensive, and usually unrecoverable once spilled. Usually I deal with this by only opening the lid slightly and shaking out my beads, or scooping them out with a spatula. While annoying, still not enough for me to not love these storage units, and since my first purchase I have continued buying them and other variations in the series. Second criticism is simply that it could be argued that the labels are backwards - I'd like to be able to pull out a container and read what I've written on the label, but the labels are oriented the wrong way. Perhaps I'll just start writing on them backwards. ------------------- Haven't even put it to use yet, but upon un-boxing I can see why people like this product so much. Perfect for bead storage, especially large assortments of tiny seed beads as I will be using it for (I bought the 82-piece with all tiny containers). Organization is critical for bead work IMO. Seems well made, not at all chintzy plastic, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate that it's basically modular - containers of other sizes can be added/exchanged, and I'm guessing complementary Darice products (which I will now look into) will stack together nicely.. Expensive, but that's all plastic products these days, and I don't mind shelling out a bit for a quality product.

These storage trays are the greatest! The actual trays come three different ways (empty, full of the tiny containers (82-piece set) and then also full with a mix of the containers (45-piece set)). I purchased this one (45-piece container) set along with one of the 82-piece set and love them both! They are almost full and will be needing to buy another one of each so I have on had. I have a ton of brads and eyelets from over the years that never get used because all of the storage devices hide them! Out of sight, out of mind! With these you can see everything in the tray without even taking off the locking lid! So you know instantly if you have a color that matches! Loving them. They are great for Rhinestones, gens and Sequins too! It's amazing how much more I'm using all of these items now that they are in an 'easy to see' storage container. The different trays stack nicely too... they 'lock' (for lack of a better term) into one another, so they don't slide around. I will say this though, the stickers/labels they come with... absolutely suck. They don't stay stuck and keep coming off. I think it's because they are designed to go on the clear side of the individual containers. I don't want my labels there, I want them to be on the lid of the individual containers so I can continue to see the colors and what's in each container. So instead I use address labels (Avery or other brand ~ the small ones that are like 80-labels to a sheet) and they stay attached to the little lids just fine. What else is great, is that at the time of my writing this review... you can get the individual containers (that go inside the trays) on Subscribe & Save if you need more of a specific size. Love, love love!

This is a greta storage solution because with the tray you can see everything you have all at once. Expensive but worth it for the serious crafter.

Le + l'ouverture large, le - j'ai créé et découpé mes propres petites étiquettes pour noter les références sur la face visible de la boîte une fois rangée.

I love this storage system!! Right now I am doing Diamond Painting and have to deal with several different colors to complete the pictures. The tiny beads that are used fit so nicely into the containers, and with the four different sizes in this set, there is plenty of room for my beads. The fact that you can purchase the containers separtely makes this an ideal purchase and a great accessory for the craft room. I am so glad I purchased this!

I love these, they're ideal bead storage! At a guess, each tiny box takes around 15g of seed beads - which means you can comfortably fit a 10g bead tube or baggie in each one. Key points: - the clip tops are easy to open and seal securely, so they shouldn't pop open and spill your stash everywhere - the clear plastic makes it easy to see what you have - the box shape seems to be harder to knock over than other boxes I've used, so should mean fewer accidental spills There is one tiny little niggle, which is that the clip tops don't open particularly wide, so you need to be careful when tipping beads into the box - but this is such a small issue that it doesn't take a star away. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying more of these :)
