What country are these bars made in?

USA! (Saint Paul, Minnesota, to be exact.)

As they wear down, do they stay intact or crumble apart? (another brand I use breaks into pieces when it gets ~1/3" thick, basically unusable!)

The shampoo bar became brittle about 2/3 through and broke apart. The conditioner is not brittle and holds together well. I think this is due to poor shape design (wanting to be different). There is a reason soap has been shaped in a rectangular bar: it wears well!

Is there an ingredient list available?

Actually Polyquaternium-15 is formaldehyde. The Polyquaternium that’s in this shampoo is safe. Used as a detangler. This bar is actually very clean as far as ingredients goes.
