I take this daily, and have been for over a year
I’ve purchased this at least 4 times, I think it’s the better of the ones I love purchased in the past. It doesn’t have any taste, no jitters after you take it and if you take it after your workout, it helps recover faster and maintain your energy. It doesn’t break a the way down, so you have to shake it as you drink it, if not it can have a bit of a sandy texture.

The best creatine on the market hands down
I've tried some other creatine products and had lot's of digestive issues. I'm 54 years old and tolerate this very well, Old School products have been my go to the last 3 years... You can tell the care about the quality they are putting out, no fanfare just a solid high quality product. They have not only earned my respect, but I will be a lifelong customer as well... Thank you old school for sticking to quality and not selling out...
