Utterly delicious
They've chosen to focus on flavor first and heat second. As long as you buy it with that expectation you will be delighted. It's versatile and flavorful and works great with eggs, my lord. This has instantly cemented itself into my rotation and I plan to try more of their flavors. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try a new sauce.

Just my opinion
Flavor is good. Medium to low heat. I like high heat and spice and this was a 6.5 out of 10 in my book. I might try other flavors but this one is fair, nothing notably special. Just my opinion.

Super tasty but that squeeze bottle lid has got to go! Mega splatter warning...
As said - love the complexity of the flavours from the smoky overtones to the mild heat of Serrano and tang of the vinegar... but that squeeze bottle lid is narrow for the chunky sauce to squeeze out easily. You either get liquid drizzle or chunky splat then back to liquid drizzle. Have bought several bottles of this same flavour and all have been this way - so it seems not just a batch. I bought a squeeze bottle and snipped the nozzle wide to better regulate my saucing. So, word of caution on purchasing (apron splatter ahead) and plea to the makers to figure out a better bottle.
