Doctor issued splint and ace wrap did not limit my mobility as much as this does to allow my fractured wrist to heal. It also left me uncomfortably bound by the ace wrap and "itching" to remove it whenever possible. Also limited my finger use and grip as the issued brace extended most of the way to my finger tips. This brace, however, is more supportive, comfortable, well ventilated, and with the included ice/heat pad, it encourages me to use the ice therapy as prescribed in a comfortable way. I sometimes forget I even had the ice pad on until has become thawed and warm although I'm sure it's has done it's work by then. A VERY effective brace and would recommend for wrist injuries.

This brace is great for my carpal tunnel! I literally tried five other braces and this one is the most snug and comfortable. You can adjust the three straps to make it as tight or loose as you want. The best thing is the long middle strap which tightens right around my wrist where it is most needed. Although it takes a little more time to adjust the three straps, versus those that have one or two, it is totally worth it for a firm brace that keeps my wrist from moving. The material is very soft and the slippery inner lining feels nice against my skin. The Velcro straps hold strong. I haven’t tried the hot/cold pack but will probably use it warm during the cold months when things ache more from the cold. I like this brace so much I ordered a second one to have a back up when this gets washed. It holds my entire hand and wrist firmly in place and adjusts easily so it is just the right tightness.

11/2022: After searching different carpal tunnel wrist braces and reading reviews, I purchased both braces (left and right). Reason; I work at a desk 8 hrs M-F and recently started waking up at night with pain/numbness/tingling in sometimes both hands. Quality; This brace is well made, sturdy and yet comfortable. 3 velcro straps give good range of fitting. Results; I have been able to sleep well at night and not wake up with pain/numbness/tingling in either hand. **UPDATE 10/30/2024: Almost 2 years later and brace is still working fine and holding up the same. Cleans easily. I line-dry it. I have a back-up smaller brace I can use for 2 nights while this brace dries.

I bought this is my wrist is tired and achy and I like to keep it straight at night. This item keeps my wrist in a neutral position all night long. It’s very comfortable to wear and provides me with pain relief. I think it’s a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product.

I have bilateral carpal tunnel which was classified as mild to moderate after EMG/NCV tests. The last time I saw my pain management provider the pain was 6/10. After two days of moving my 30+|- house plants, consisting of lifting, twisting, pruning and repositioning them my pain level shot up to 10/10! I was miserable!! I have bilateral carpal tunnel so I had to buy one for my right and left wrists. I wasn’t expecting to get more than a little pain relief at this price point, but I couldn’t stand the pain any longer and I didn’t want to wait two months for an appointment. After wearing the braces as directed for three days the pain level was reduced to 5|10! I was so excited and relieved! I was able to sleep again and get out of bed during the daytime. I strongly recommend these braces to anyone who is suffering with carpal tunnel! I took off one star because the hole for your thumb is a little uncomfortable, but this relatively small problem can be solved by using a little light padding to reduce friction. You do need to remove them when using the bathroom. I had to experiment to get the best relief without interfering with my circulation, but other than those these small things the braces are a GodSend🥰💃🏻💃🏽!
