Can they be used in multiple clients?

Yes and no. According to their literature, they state one per client. If you contact them, they say that clinicians do use them with more than one client. Seems that they are trying to be acknowledge use of multiple clients, but at the same time, limit potential liability and sell more. I have a couple coworkers that use them, and it is with multiple clients. Hope this helps.

Can you buy replacement tips?

I don’t know this official answer to this, but I’d say that it really doesn’t seem like it. I have already cleaned them quite a number of times and nothing seems to come apart.
