Their customer service is AMAZING!! They stand behind this product. I ordered one and it stopped working after about 2 months of normal use. I contacted them and they were more than willing to give a refund. I messed up and ended up traveling and getting distracted.. and totally forgot to finalize the refund. 6 months later I reached back out to them on a whim.. this was 8 months after the original purchase.. THEY STILL HONORED THE RETURN THEY ORIGINALLY AGREED TO! They actually didn't make me even mail it back, they just gave me a discount code to order a new one with 99% off. The replacement is working great, hopefully it keeps it up. I never care to leave reviews, but this customer service is what inspired me to leave a review. They deserve recognition for this. The scale itself works greats, and looks & feels nice quality with that crisp glass feel. It feels & looks like its worth more than they charge. Its simple which I prefer in a scale (Step on, it shows your weight. Step off it turns off) and at the price you can't beat it. If your looking for simple sleek design that exists to just serve its purpose of displaying your weight quick. This is a good buy.

Its always a love-hate relationship between me and any scale I purchase LOL In all seriousness, the only reason this scale doesn't get the full five stars is because I have to step on it about 3-5 times in order to get an accurate reading. It'll be off by about 6lbs each time and as much as I would loooove to be the lesser of the amount, I know I'm not...just plays with my emotions LOL Now, I'm not sure if it just needs some time to balance itself out...? (idfk how scales work lol who am I kidding trying to find a solution lol) because this morning it finally gave me the same reading the first two times I stepped on. I'm hoping its finally set to give me the right reading the first time I step on so we'll see. I mean for the price and look of it....who can really complain?! Edit: removing a my stars because after 4 months it no longer works. It has been giving me the exact same reading, down to the oz, for 21 days straight and now today it gave me 8 different readings in the span of 2min

I am a problem solver. So, this is a sleek looking scale and I really like the look and feel of it. The first time you use this it will be incorrect. Once you step off and get back on, it will be about 3 lbs less. and that is your correct weight. Let me explain why this is: 1. When you first put batteries in this it self calibrates while you have it in your hand. So the scale calibrates to zero based off of the pressure it is receiving at the time it is calibrating which will be zero lbs. 2. You test it out for the first time and it shows you how much weight is being pressed against the scales sensors. These sensors are in the feet of the scale. So, it is weighting you and the weight of the scale. 3. You step off, the scale calibrates to zero and now includes the weight of the scale. 4. You try again and it gives you a reading of about 3 lbs less because it now knows to subtract the weight of the scale. All in all, it is a good scale. I was skeptical at first because I read the bad reviews, but I think they don't understand how the calibration works.

It'a inexpensive and have a nice look. But if you try to scale your weight twice in a short time (e.g. Before & after dinner) The weight show on the scale are exactly the same. My roommate is about 3-4 pounds heavier than me, but it won't show on the scale if we assess the weight one by one. By the way, the place you can stand on is quite small even for someone only 63-inch tall like me. However, it is truly a bugget friendly product!

Not accurate. Went to the doctor last week before getting this scale & weighed. Got this scale next day & it was off by 5 pounds. No big deal, that happens! But then I've weighed once a day, every day since then & it continues to change weights every day. One day I was 2 pounds less, next I was 2 pounds more, the next off a pound, & today up another pound. So far it has no consistency at all. Not happy with this scale. After giving my review the company reached out to me for advice & asking if they could help in any way. My initial review was one star, which is still accurate with the product itself. But I'm giving 3 stars because customer service was great!!

The scale works well and is easy to read, but even in the mornings when I don't have my glasses on, the digital readout stays "frozen" for a few seconds after I get off so that I can get closer to read it. Seems to be accurate and consistent. All in all, a really good value. Purchased in 2017. It's now March of 2023 and scale is still working perfectly!!!

So far I have found nothing wrong with the scale. It seems to be working fine. The look and feel are pretty awesome for the price you pay. Feels like good quality. The reset is a little off as it doesn't really tell you when it has reset. I will update this in a couple months and keep future buyers posted. Oh and the only disappointment came from the batteries not being inlcuded... It would be really cool if they were.
