1 lb Activated Charcoal Carbon Pellets in Free Mesh Media Bag for Aquarium Fish Pond Tank Canister Filter

Placed the entire packet in a plastic container and placed it in the fridge. Fridge is 100% odor free. Works so much better than baking soda, and you just pop it in the freezer for a few hours to rejuvenate it, so it ends up costing less in the long run.

I bought it because we just went through a renovation and I wanted to use it to absorb VOCs. I combined it with the filter of the air purifier, which should work, at least in theory...

I found on AMZ, an oversized centrifugal computer fan that I cut a box to fit, for use as an air filter using HEPA cloth, also from AMZ, during the fire season in 2017. Then I recently found this generic activated charcoal material, I guess in 2022. All I did was place the mesh bag over the fan intake and suddenly — my room smells better.

For some reason, one of my bathrooms seems to have a musty smell a lot. I read that using charcoal helps--and it does. I bought one for my kitchen, too. They sell charcoal in fabric bags, which probably look more finished than these mesh bags, but I would imagine the fabric ones leave black dust if they are hung on a door. These do lose some dust, but I put them in clear acrylic bathroom counter trays & they look fine & work great. They have zippers, so they can be easily refilled.

Used these to replace the activated charcoal in my kitchen vent hood filters. Much cheaper than replacing the entire filter so I'm likely to do it more often. Pellets are slightly larger than those originally in filters, but still fit into filter and seem to work fine. Dust makes the process a little messy, but it's worth the trouble. No complaints!

Great Carbon pellets and the perfect mesh bag. I run a aqua clear 110. I split this Into 3 re using the mesh bag. It's perfect. I now have multiple mesh bags love this seller!!

Very pleased with the customer service. Purchased the activated charcoal and received a call within a day or two of ordering from the seller letting me know they’d forgotten to include the mesh bags, and would I prefer to return the order and have them fulfill it properly or was it all right to forward the mesh bags. A small order but taken seriously by the seller and a happy customer who will order again from that company.
