I have another ring sling but wanted something with a longer train and loved the cooler aspect of this one going forward for our super hot summers. This one had a bit more give than the one I have that is regular fabric. I think it made it more comfortable under the knees and even for me with this fabric. We used this thing for lots of hours at a time walking disney. It was wonderful for him to fall esleep in and just cruise around in. I had read about different holds and the best advice was that they should be above your waist for it to be comfortable on your body. Whoah is that true. I also made sure that once I got him up high and tightened, I had some spread it over my shoulder if I couldn't and across my back which made it almost feel invisible rather than digging in certain places. It was very cool and he never got hot and sweaty which he always does. It held really good once I got it tightened too. A hold or two may not so if it doesn't hold as good, just wrap it around the rings super cute and it will hold. I ordered the dark gray and got a light gray but other than that, I love this thing!!!!!!!!!!!!
