Review: very good value for money - It's such a great little keyboard. Very small footprint on a desk, and easily portable if I need to take it somewhere. I've went through 3 or 4 trying to find one that would fit very specific requirements. The first of these requirements was the ability to type at night. Some keyboards say they are backlit, but they light "around" the keys, rather than the keys themselves being lit. I needed the backlight to shine through the keys so that the actual letters are lit up, and it's astonishing how many keyboard manufacturers haven't thought about this. I had to have a keyboard that is exactly this size, as it sits on a desk-mounted arm, so I didn't want a full sized keyboard ( which I have ) extending off both edges. I don't need a numberpad as there is already a horizontal numberpad when I really need one. One thing I like, that I wasn't expecting, is that the keys are really smooth and feel really nice to type on. It also doesn;t make a load of noise. It says it turns off after 30sec of inactivity to save power** A: Yes the light returns to the keys at the slightest touch. As a 98 year old non typist I find this keyboard the best I have had in more than 20 years. **Q: Comparison, 326, 332, 429? The 326, 332 & 429 have similar specs. Can anyone tell me what difference there is in practoce? Esp. typing feel.** A: Can’t comment on the others but I have a 332 to replace a Gmyle which didn’t last long and a raspberry api keyboard. The 332 has a more solid feel than all the others I used deffo my fave so far. Keys need a marginally higher force to press but only noticeable if you switch between KBs. The raspberry pie is nice also has a lighter keypress (led me to make more spelling mistakes) and integral usb hub for the mouse. Still sticking with my 332 no rattles fo keys even if you shake it, weighty enough with good feet to not slide around on the desk. **Q: What size is the actual wired backlit keyboard please?** A: the small one minus cables is 28.5cm wide by 11.6 cm and at the tallest read end about 2.3 cm tall incl the keys. My biggest reason for not awarding 5 stars is that there is no way to stop the backlight from turning off after 30 seconds, which for me contradicts the purpose of a backlight. Less importantly, it would be nice to have a Bluetooth option (it uses a USB-A wireless transmitter/dongle).
