Loctite PL3 glues to ceramic tile, glass etc, so this is what I used there. Then on plywood after coating with Henry Self-stick tile primer I used Loctite regular Power Grab. The tiles I received never had consistent glue coverage, you can see this when you peel back the wax paper. This seems to be the cause of there lifting… so I have had to go back and lift edges to apply either of the two glues. The PL3 is brown and messy to apply and clean up, needs a good wipe off after applying to remove what comes up between tiles. But the Power is white and water based and cleans up easily. Having done 2 bathrooms one on ceramic tile and one on new plywood, as I plan my 3rd bathroom also on plywood I will be applying glue to every tile as I think this will be faster/easier than coming back over the following weeks to re-glue edges. I have also had to glue down the thin clear film on top of the tile, which delaminated at the corners of a dozen or so floor pops. These were smaller than dime sized, and I used Power Grab. - my tiles are all white and gray - so the white Power Grab blended in well. The result is good though as nothing has lifted since. There has been quite a learning curve on these tiles, but the look great and are inexpensive. It takes ALOT of matching patterns when placing them, and this effort does not result in perfect matching but a series of compromises where lines from one tile are generally pretty close to aligned with the next tile, but when you stand back it all looks fine. **Q: Could these be used outside on a porch?** A: They are cheap. Don’t stick down well. **Q: our floor now is high gloss peel and stick tiles --can these be laid over the xisting tiles--or need it be sanded first?** A: I placed mine over a dry-ish plywood floor and noticed one or two not quite staying adhered, but I would think they'd adhere nicely to another glossy tile. **Q: Is the grey a true grey or more beige?** A: It is a true grey with warmer tone that blends well with my beige wallpaper & cabinets.
