The holes on the Shaker lid are rather large and the contents are a pretty fine powder, so you have to be careful when you shake this out not to overdo it. Beware the cheesy jalapeno - when swallowing it gets in your nose and throat and it makes you choke, leaves a little bit of heat on your tongue (that's the only plus side to the jalapeno), but not worth the other discomfort.
