Delta Faucet RP77737 Seats and Springs Kit, Chrome

In the typical bathroom sink faucet valve stem, one part will wear out whether you have hard water or soft, and that's the rubber washers and seats. Every decade or so, I need to deal with ours here because the water is quite hard and cleaning doesn't always fix the problem. Anyway, these worked just fine and fixed my problem quickly. Their size and fit matched that of the originals.

We have a Delta single handle faucet in our laundry room. It started leaking, drip, drip. At first we could stop the dripping by giggling the handle. Then it just kept dripping. I really didn’t want to work on it because it is at least 30 years old and I feared I wouldn’t find parts. This faucet was installed before California required flow restrictions on faucets. I took it apart and found a YouTube video of a similar looking faucet. The critical pieces were the two springs and two rubber gaskets. I ordered these parts even though they’re not OME because it seemed too simple to screw it up. It went in with a little waterproof grease and tightened it down. Be sure to align the groove on the ball with the pin in the housing. The flat side of the valve stem faces towards you. You may need to hold the plastic ring down while engaging the hold down ring as it’s suppose to engage a notch in the housing but because the springs are pushing up on the ball, the plastic registration pin does not engage when tightening the hold down ring. No dripping as I turned the water back on. Cheap fix.

Perfect fit and easy install to replace the worn springs and seats that were causing faucet to leak. Saved quite a bit of money replacing these without having to call out a plumber.

Needed to fix a leaky tub faucet on an older Delta fixture. I have the old crystal type ball handle tub faucet and these parts did the trick. Found a You Tube video on how to remove the handles, trim and cartridge and replace the seats and springs. I only needed to use the shorter springs in the package along with the seats (the black rings). They were original Delta parts and worked perfectly. No more leaks!

I have the Delta Lahara faucet (in a house I moved into), and like many others I also had to go down the rabbit hole of learning about how different years' models of this same faucet design used different stem valves, and the fact that my sink was probably installed about 15-20 years ago, meaning the one I'd need for MY model was NOT the same part the Delta website says I want, because that's based on their CURRENT model. Once I confirmed that the RP25513 Stem Assembly is definitely the one I needed, I ordered it. But I ALSO ordered this RP77737 Seats and Springs kit, because some of the reading I'd done said that even with a new stem, if you don't replace the seat & spring you might still not solve the leak, and solving the regular drip was the whole reason we were doing this to begin with. I'd watched multiple videos on youtube to understand how to do the replacement, and felt relatively confident in doing it. Anyway, when they arrived, I replaced the old parts with these, and it works great. No more leak!

Fixed a leaky 1 handle Delta faucet. Use silicone lube on everything to make it operate easily. Pull your faucet and lube that too if it's hard to twist. Plenty of tutorials out there.

What not to like a perfect fit in the spring water hole will last over a year with heavy on/off usage, easy to install, remove the handle screw pull the handle off, unscrew the valve Kepper, pull the valve out the hardest part, remove the cap washer and spring now do the revest order

I tried replacing the cartridge first but that did not stop the faucet from dripping. I decided to replace the spring and rubber seats with these parts and it did the job.
