Effective and efficient! Has just enough writing space to fit what I need, the exact way I would organize it if I did it myself. I love each section of content especially the meal tracking section. It holds me accountable if I have to physically write down what I eat. 55 Doritos is not a fun thing to write.....! It's small enough to fit in a larger purse/shoulder bag so it's perfect for a mom on the go. All in all, it gets the job done. And well, more importantly, makes me get the jobs done.
