Will this work with Spigen cases?

Yes it will work but it may lift a bit after install. There was not install guide tool like most other WhiteStone protectors in the past so the error may be mine. Still great protectors. I've found thinner/slimmer cases don't have that issue so it depends on what's important to you

Do i have to remove the pre installed protector or does it install over it?

The pre-installed screen shield that comes on a ZFold3 is an integral part of the design of the phone. DO NOT, under any circumstances, remove it. Install any additional screen protector over the screen as delivered.

Will thumb print work to unlock my phone with this screen protector?

The thumb print reader is not on the screen anymore for Fold 3. So, it is unrelated.

Does it needs any ultraviolet light for adhesive?

No, this is dry application. The glass has an adhesive that sticks to your screen.
