I recently purchased these poles to add our string lights to for our new above-ground pool deck, and I couldn't be happier! Here is what I liked: -They are incredibly sturdy. We have had them up for about a month now and they have stayed put. We even had a couple of bad storms pass through and I was worried they'd tip over in the crazy wind, but they stood firm and secure. -They are easy to install. The fork design made installation a breeze and I was able to get them up on my won. I also like that I can adjust how the string lights hang on them quickly. -They look great! The design is simple and straightforward but adds style and functionality. Our deck is now beautifully lit at night and the string lights create the cutest ambiance. Overall, I highly recommend! :)

I ordered three sets of these light poles in order to set up some fairy lights around my backyard patio. While the first two sets were a matte black metal finish with one joint, the third set was a completely different style (shiny black metal finish, multiple joints, different anchor). The seller was fantastic and replaced the mismatched set at no charge with the original style. The installation definitely takes some muscle to get the anchors into the ground, but once they are in, they are pretty sturdy. As long as you keep them spaced appropriately per the setup instructions, they are able to hold the lights firmly in place without any leaning or drooping. This was a great solution for integration of extra lighting and adding some ambience with minimal installation work.

Absolutely great. Working good with rains. Holding up lights seems rust proof good height. Easy to put inside the yard even though my yard have so much underground roots running. I tied it up with some zip to my fence to make it sturdier. All in all a good buy

Not very sturdy for bigger spaces. You need at least one pole for every 6ft of lights. Otherwise the poles bend in half.

Decided that my porch needed some spiffing up for the upcoming spring season and I wanted to add some LED color changing lights around the area....but what to hang them on? "Hmmmm...how about some poles?" I think to myself. "Good idea!" I reply. Looked at several other models on Amazon and found that some had reviews that the others were too thin and would bend easily - who wants that? These poles were advertised as sturdy, durable, and heavy duty - so I took a shot and ordered 3 sets of these poles. Each set comes with two 10 foot poles that are easy to assemble and put into place with the accompanying attachments of your choice: stick them into the ground with the provided fork or screw them into the side of some railing or whatever with the screws and hardware that comes with it. Just watch out and be aware that since the items are so heavy they may tear the bag the hardware are in and it maybe sliding around loose in the box - one of our boxes was missing an end flap going thru shipping but luckily all the pieces were there even though they were all loose. The shipping was a little slow and they showed up about 3 days later than what I was expecting but Amazon sent an "inconvenience" refund to me....I wasn't expecting that but I won't turn away free money. The poles are in place and are holding up the string of lights I ordered. Sucess.
