Worked perfect
Great chairs!

Nice chair. We’ll built.
Unfortunately, it was missing 2 bolts, nuts and washers so I had to make a trip to Lowes for bolts to finish assembling it. Also, the idiot FEDEX delivery guy leaned the box against my garage door and it made a mark on my door. The chair is very heavy. Otherwise, easy to assemble and looks great.

Large, beautiful, sturdy chair, but terrible directions
Absolutely love this chair, and it took close to 2 hours for us to put it together. Would have taken longer if there was only 1 of us puting it together, but there was 3 of us. Also, be sure to have the correct tools before you begin assembly, otherwise it can take longer to put together. The chair is incredibly sturdy once we got the screws and bolts all tight. Please fix the directions and list out the pieces better by numbering or lettering the pieces, this would make it much easier & faster to put together. Would definitely buy again because the quality is excellent! 4star because of directions.

Functional and stylish upgrade for our lifeguard team
Our swim club was looking to replace our three original 1960-era metal lifeguard chairs for this swim seaon with something more up-to-date and functional. After researching various composite wood “Adirondak-style” options, we chose these chairs mainly because they offer a more upright seatback that we felt would encourage proper posture for our guards to remain attentive. First off, working with Dan at Aquamentor was an overall great experience. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had and even provided special pricing for our multi-chair order, which was greatly appreciated, as we are a nonprofit swim club. The chairs arrived quickly and on time, assembled easily, and are extremely sturdy. We do recommend using a high-powered drill, especially for attaching the wheel assembly, to ensure a smooth build. Assembly of each chair took about 1-2 hours. We were initally concerned about the strength of the wheels, considering the chair’s weight, but they are strong and sturdy, and we have moved the chairs around several times using the wheels with no issues so far. There is slight movement when climbing up or down the chair, but nothing that compromises safety or comfort. Our only issue is that we are having a litte trouble keeping umbrellas from taking off in a good breeze. Because the umbrellas aren't secured to the chairs, (they are inserted into a hole in the arm of the chair and the bottom of the umberella pole rests in a little cup on the side of the chair) they can get airborn quite easily. We're currently trying a few make-shift strategies to keep them secure. Overall, our staff loves the functionality of the new chairs, and our members compliment their clean, modern appearance. Aquamentor and Dan delivered an excellent product with exceptional service and we highly recommend them.
