Are the measurements for the cork itself or the cork + frame?

The entire thing, frame edge to frame edge is 35x23 inches. The actual cork itself is 32 3/4 inches by 20 3/4 inches. The frame is about 1 1/4 thick. it's very sturdy and well made.
