Great
I have always used a Dell and this one does not disappoint. Needed to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 11 and am very pleased with this machine and how easy it was to set up. Dell has never been known for good technical support and in 25 years have never had to call for help

Working well.
So far I've liked this computer. It seems fast enough (I don't game). It is very small and is also quiet. Does everything I need. Not real crazy about Windows 11. Wish I could have gotten 10.

As advertised.
Well packed, extremely easy setup. Very fast compared to my older 8GB ram laptop.

Spirit Airline Energy
Ok, PLEASE READ this because I thought an SD reader was just a basic necessity that comes standard. Well, it does not. I didn't even realize that I had to make sure to look for it. So now I am stuck with this nice tower and NO SD SLOT! What the HELL DELL you are giving off Spirit Airline's energy, tryna to cheap out. I am offended I have to fork up more money (in this economy? with these gas prices!) for an additional card reader.

Good PC but a little pricey.
The exact same PC is about $50 to $100 cheaper at Costco, but otherwise it is a good workstation with some expansion. Probably a 2 year machine and then throw it away, but that's the new disposeable world.

Tech support never returns calls
The computer uses some sound hardware I never heard of. I called Dell tech support because the computer did not have Stereo Mix on it. Which their tech support had no idea what I was talking about. They told me they were going to talk to their next-level support and call me back. That never happened. I have heard absolutely nothing from Dell tech support since that day. I will never buy another Dell that is for sure. Stereo Mix was an item I needed to have. So while the price was good, the computer is just about useless to me.
