Waterdrop claim this is quick and easy to fit, and they're right. Everything you need is in tbe box and connections really couldn't be simpler. It's a quality product and not much more money than a good filter jug. Mine has the separate tap, and I really don't see why you wouldn't go for this option. Without the separate tap, you filter all your cold water supply. Most will go into the washing machine, dishwasher or straight down tbe drain. The filter in tbe smallest unit is claimed to be good for 8,000 gallons. That's about 20,000 kettles, but filtering all the water is going to dramatically shorten tbe life of tbe filter. The tap system is only £10 more. Very silly not to go for it. The water has lost all its chemical taste and the tea is noticeably better. I wish I'd found this years ago!

May not be as easy as it states to fit in an old house where the plumbing could be a bit dated, but a couple of easily sourced connectors to convert it's no problem. The pipe supplied is good quality so should last. Filter is easy change and doesn't take up much space, just means one less bottle of bleach in cupboard. Great for filling my coffee machine water container just right height, could day it was designed for my sink! My grand children like it as it's not too high flow and within reach. Customer service the best.

Water tastes crisp and good. Fitting was DIY, just need to cut the tubings to fit them around. Working good for last 3 months.

I was sceptical about this but after an easy installation, making sure the push fits are all the way in and your good to go. Others comment on poor quality connections and leaks, but if you follow the instructions then it really is simple! The water really is cleaner and tastes smoother. I didn't believe other reviews about smell but after comparing for myself, the water out of this filter tap doesn't smell of anything, then I smelt the tap water and the chemical chlorine smell hit me! I genuinely cannot believe I never noticed before, but then again when would you actually think about smelling tap water 🤔. The filters are around £30 and are rated for around 1 year. I can't comment on this but even 6 months and it's cheaper and easier than using bottled water. I've even started using it to fill the kettle and tea tastes much better. Overall, yes there are cheaper options out there, along with much more expensive ones, but this is good quality, the tap is smart and sturdy. It also blends in well with a smart kitchen and doesnt look like like a cheap retrofit. I would (and have) recommended this as all round best value for money.

Happy with this product. We bought 2 and 1 was faulty but the customer service was great. Kimberly sent us a replacement kit and I was able to replace the part without having to get the plumber back. Glad to see a good product working well and great customer service when things don't go 100%.

Perfect DIY kit for installation, I just had to get a hole saw bit everything else was part of the package. Water tastes much better compared to Brita filter jug. I would recommend it.

I got this filtration system to replace my Brita tank which I have in the fridge because the Brita takes up too much room and is a chore to refill. This system was easy enough to install, albeit awkward because of the space under my sink. Luckily my sink had a hole for the tap. Great value for money and I'm very happy with the installation and function. The only difficulty I had was after the installation when I turned the water on there was no flow coming through the filter. Turns out the 3 way adapter outlet to the filter has to be rotated to open it to allow the water to flow, this was not in the instructions to do this and there was no indicator on the 3 way adapter to show it rotates, I just had to figure this out on my own

I have tried to give this filter the benefit of the doubt but having tested the water with my TDS meter over the months I regret to say it doesn't work Tds readings are no better than my tap water. in fact it's slightly worse

Checking the water before and after does not change the purity of the water

This unit was very easy to install and all the components are of great quality. The manual and instructions are fairly thorough and all the parts you need are provided. The water tastes great, and has good water flow to it. The finish on the faucet matches our existing faucet and it is easy to clean. It even comes with a filter change reminder alarm. We did have an issue with the system when all the sudden the water would stop flowing after a half second. We went through several iterations of troubleshooting with customer service over a few days and ultimately it was determined the filter housing was defective. They sent us a complete replacement unit and once installed the issue was completely resolved and we have been using the system for almost a year now with no issues... And now I have spare parts of needed. I will say I was extremely impressed with their customer service. They were prompt, knowledgeable about their product and very helpful. This is very rare nowadays, so I'm sold on the customer support and how they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend this brand and this unit to anyone.
