Swanson Full-Spect Bitter Melon 500Mg 60 Capsules

I do my best to stay up on my numbers as a type 2 diabetic with keeping it under 120.2 months ago I couldn't get those numbers to go down and results where over 130 as high as 212. So I spoke to my doctor.He prescribed a higher dose of my med and suggested Bitter Melon. He strongly suggested if I do the Bitter Melon with my regular diabetic med, to really keep an eye on the testing. If I need the higher dose, I will have it. If not, cut them in 1/2 as it would give the dose I'm at now.That info I hope to better give an idea of where I was and where I am today. Please note, what has helped me, might not for others and I recommend speaking to your own doctor prior to.So here it goes. My sugar levels have drastically improved with taking 1 500mlg Bitter Melon every morning with my regular dose of Metformin. There has been more nights that I haven't had to take Metformin as the tests were already at 117. Waking up to 98 or 119.Basically it's keep walking on the tredmill for 6 to 15 minutes a day. Watch what I put in my body. Keep an eye on the testings.I tried not taking Metformin and only take the Bitter Melon. Unfortunately, I still need the other in order to keep numbers down, again this is still with doing exercises and being mindful of what I eat & drink. I haven't tried more than the 500mlg to even see, but some day when I get my courage up to do it, I will. In the meantime, I'm happy with the results at 500mlg on the Bitter Melon.

This was recommend to me to aid with cravings and help to balance blood sugar in a low calories, low carb diet. It is helping. Easy to swallow capsules. My husband is taking them too and getting the same benefits from it. Size of capsules in photo. We take 1 capsule 2x day each with a meal.

if you have diabetes this stuff works great. i believe it helps with high blood pressure too. if you are like me and dont want expensive pills that dr’s make you take this is a really great alternative and is more natural. i was eating bitter melons for a while but gosh they taste aweful. i found out about the pills and they are a life changer. im early stages of type 2 and these make it so im not tired when eating carbs or sugar or pee often at night. i only take 1 pill a day, these are the best.

OUCH! I slit my finger like running it across a razor blade! I always poke through the top of this type of seal on a pill bottle using my finger and then sort of run finger around the lip of the bottle until it lays down to allow pills to fall out easily. THIS TIME it got me!!!! Be careful!I am waiting until a week on these before checking blood levels! WE WILL SEE!
