The features are far beyond that of the snap on at a fraction of the price, it has more compatibility with more vehicles then the other tools. I have ise and seems very rugged and durable, it has a larger screen and easier to read graphing data and measurements from a distance when component testing. Have had to deal with customer service and they are very helpful and pare up with some of the easiest I have delt with with fast and quick response and willingness to help me any way they can.
