I wear 40C or 40D and I got the XXL. They fit great so I ordered a black one the next month. Right off the bat it felt way tighter and I couldn't get the straps to loosen enough. I should have listened to my gut and returned it but I thought it needed to be worn in. It is still uncomfortable and the other 2 fit much better. I compared the sizing and the band is shorter and the straps are shorter on the black bra. So the consistency isn't great.
