Great quick side dish
These taste really good and the texture is good. I've been getting them for years. I only buy them when they are on sale. It's a real quick side dish and they don't take that long to cook. Very easy to make. Knorr Swiss has been a staple in our family for years.

Excellent Shelf-Stable Comfort Food!
This is an excellent shelf-stable product. I cook 1 packet with 1 1/2 cup water and 3 tablespoons of homemade garlic infused olive oil based aquafaba mayo as a substitute for the milk and margarine. Mayo, especially aquafaba mayo, is an excellent substitute for milk in Knorr's pasta sides. This alfredo tastes delicious with Frank's Red Hot or Chilli Paste! This is an easy-to-make comfort dish for almost anybody!

My ol man is obsessed with this pasta. Takes a decent time to cook for it to become creamy but well worth it. Can't beat the price
