Works perfect. Easy to setup.
Easy to setup, works very good. Bought this before going on vacation to feed my tank. Going to leave it in place, love the automation.

Works great!
This automatic fish feeder works EXACTLY as described! It runs on batteries and is super easy to set up. I’ve had mine running since August 1st, 2025, it’s now October 21st, and it’s been perfect, haven’t even had to change the batteries yet. We originally bought it for vacation, and it was an absolute lifesaver — no need to hire someone to come feed the fish twice a day. Highly recommend!

Recommend the product unless you live in Seattle
It does what it's supposed to do and so my fish don't starve. It's a pretty nifty tool, super easy to setup, and one touch or automated operation. One downside is though it's advertised as for "Small Tank, Big Aquariums & Pond", the makers don't seem understand the concept of rain. So when it rains the fish food becomes a nasty smelling cake inside the feeder and you need to clean it after. Overall I recommend the product unless you live in Seattle, which I don't.

Great feeder
I have two of these… one on a 125G tank with a pair of Oscars, and another on a 250G with various cichlids and centrarchids and a couple of armored catfish. The feeders are reliable, and very easy to program. It took me about 3 minutes to adjust for the food level I wanted to drop with each rotation of the barrel. They fit perfectly on my glass canopy and consistently drop the food into a slot I provided by eliminating a hinge (that was slipping anyway). I’ve had them for more than a month now and the battery power hasn’t changed. They have survived repeated bashings from the Oscars, and remain well-stuck to the glass canopy using the provided sticky-pads (which are AWESOME… just make sure you CLEAN the glass very well!). They’re durable and sturdy enough, and very easy to refill. Note… I use 2-4mm commercial bulk pellets. These work perfectly in this feeder. Along with the included options for the dispenser, I imagine these work well with any pellet or flake food, but my experience and review is limited to 2-4mm pellets exclusively. I’m very happy with my purchase and as an aquarist with a few decades of fish keeping under their belt, I completely recommend this feeder.

This feeder did its job
This fish feeder really works. I went out of town for four days and my fish were alive when I got back. The feeder did its job well.

Many, Many annoying design flaws
It works - nominally. Just a list of reasons why I'm glad I only need it for a few days: 1. Flimsy. Things fit...poorly. Things that should be tight aren't. 2. Display is almost invisible. Very hard to read. 3. Some tiny items shown in the display are clearly not meant for those with anything less than perfect eyesight. 4. Attachment to an aquarium can be with a clamp, where you have a more traditional aquarium. I happen to have one with the fixed top part, and the clamp has no place to go. They provide a very sticky two-sided pad for this. The clamp comes off, and this highly adhesive pad is used to attach the feeder to the aquarium. This is going to be a nightmare to remove - the pad is very effective, and won't come off easily. Considering it's attached to the aquarium, having to rip it off is going to be a problem. 5. Filling the barrel is through a sliding door. And to control amount being fed in one feeding, you leave the door open to whatever extent allows the right amount to fall through when the barrel rotates and the opening is now on the bottom. This opening is on one end of the barrel, and this is going to be a problem when the barrel is less full -- it would be simple for the rotating food to simply miss the opening, resulting a zero-amount feeding. And I witnessed that exact thing happen when testing the unit. All in all, not worth trusting. I'm only away for a few days, so I'm not too worried, but for anything longer term, I'd never consider this. It's a throw-away. Positive: - Instructions are okay - diagrams are useful. Setup section is very confusing, partly due to the incredibly tiny text in parts of the very low-contract display. - Does basically work, if you keep the food barrel full enough.
