It works great for the both of us. Very light and it doesn’t matter how much you add, it won’t weigh your hair down. **Q: Does it work on very short natural hair ?** A: This will work on any length natural hair. **Q: Is this okay for color treated curls?. It leaves my 4c hair well moisturized, soft and bouncy. I also uses it on my daughter's 3b hair. In addition to being an excellent moisturizer, it provides a light hold and controls frizz. It does what it claims to do. Detangling is a breeze for me with this product. I should note, I do not use combs, so a good detangler is a must for me.
