I get a 90269 (4 hole turret) or a 90497 (3 hole turret) for each die set I have and set them up and leave them like that. That way they are ready to go and all I have to do is a fine adjustment when I use them. I have had the 90269's since around 2001, when I got the 4 hole upgrade kit. I have had the 90497's much longer, Lee products have done me justice for over 45 years. Lee provides excellent quality lower cost products for reloading. I had a RCBS rock crusher before this and I would say that Lee is a comparable product and costs far less. Please, reload safe, reload smart. Follow the guidelines for your cartridge set out by the manufacturers of the firearm, powder, and reloading tools. Please don't be an idiot. Don't try join the Darwin Awards, or even be a runner up.

No brainer if you load multiple calibers
If you like threading your dies in and out don't buy this. If you like easy change up between calibers buy it.

Why did I not get a turret press decades ago? Because I wanted complete control over every stage of reloading. It is imperative to look into a charged case to determine if it is empty or double charged!!! I shudder when I see videos with this critical step omitted. Having control over each operation is easily controlled with the Lee Turret Press. It has to be the best bang for the bucks out there. And get the whole kit even if you don't need the balance scale. The powder measure is consistently dead on for most powders. There is only one complaint. The engineer that designed the primer feed should be hung by his calipers. My RCBS rock chucker almost never misfeeds. No so with Lee. Still, I am more than pleased. And get a coupla extra die plates for your most popular calibers.

You either know what this is or you don't. If you do, let me assure you it works as designed. Needed one more for a new cartridge and now I'm all set.

Purchased this and another set of dies so I didn't have to keep changing the dies in the same turret,if you are reloading two different calibres it makes it much simpler to just change to another turret fitted with a different set of dies, good quick delivery service very pleased.
