Love these for my mini breads. Zucchini, Banana, Pumpkin, Lemon Cakes..the possibilities are endless. And love the non stick. Great quality. I store these breads in the freezer for sweet bread all winter. Pan is thick and durable. And a great value.

Love this mini loaf pan. Just finished making mini meatloafs for my dog. I try to make all of her wet food. That way I know it’s all natural and good for her. Can’t wait to try this mini loaf pan using a new recipe for breakfast loafs. It will be easy for everyone just to grab one out of refrigerator and heat it up a little and be out the door. Clean up of pan was so easy, a little dish detergent and hot water and it was clean. Oh best of all food didn’t stick to pan

I just received this pan and had to try it out right away after washing it. I couldn’t get a photo before 2 of the little loaves of cornbread mysteriously “disappeared.” 🙄 The loaves are a generous size for one person. I did spray the pan lightly with nonstick spray before filling each cavity 3/4 of the way with batter. Getting 8 mini loaves took a single recipe of cornbread. Once baked, I let the pan cool for about 5 minutes before flipping it over. Despite this cornbread being a no fat recipe, none of the loaves stuck to the pan at all; they just fell right out onto the cooling rack, each one picture perfect! What a delight! I have owned other Wilton pans for many years and they continue to serve me well. It appears that Wilton products just keep getting better and better. I look forward to using this 8 cavity mini loaf pan for future yeast and non yeast breads, sweet cakes and, of course, more cornbread! I was also glad this pan fit easily inside my large Breville countertop oven. (I measured before ordering.) Saved me from heating up my big range! This is a premium mini loaf/muffin pan in both price and quality. Its heavy steel construction is not going to collect dents, but will take a little while to heat up in the oven, which is a good thing; this will prevent scorching while the interior of your treats come up to temperature. The non-stick surface is excellent; my pound cake came right out without any grease+flour (though I'd always do that regardless, if the recipe says to do so). I can forsee this pan lasting for years with proper care. Please note: no matter what ANY non-stick cookware says, NEVER put it through the dishwasher or use metal utensils (I'm talking to YOU, roommates). No non-stick surface will put up with that for long.

I like how easy it is to use—my bread pops right out without sticking without spraying oil, and cleaning is also pretty easy. The size is also perfect for making small bites or mini loafs. That said, the packaging says it’s dishwasher safe, but it’s really NOT. After just one hand wash (no dishwasher!), the pan started rusting. I had to exchange it after just one use. With the replacement, I now wash it quickly by hand and dry it immediately with a towel—so far, so good. I’ve only used it once since then, so fingers crossed it holds up! Yup! Now I have been using it multiple times, it has no problem if it’s towel dried right after wash 😉

Wilton hit this out of the park! Nonstick 🥇; loaves are easily removed 🥇; baked perfectly 🥇; and the right size pan for my oven🥇 Gold Olympic baking medal for all of the above mentioned performances. Only one thing: my loaf pan has 8 mini-loaf openings. There is a larger pan offered too. Check the loaf pan measurements with the measurements of your oven. Make sure when ordering that the pan will fit your oven. Otherwise, this mini-loaf pan is perfect!

I am glad I finally purchased this pan. I paid the same price here as I would have at a local store. I have only used it once so far, but that was enough to know that I really like it. I know this brand name is popular, but I don't know the difference between brands. This pan is perfect for my personal use. I tried the mini muffin pan, but did not care for it. This mini loaf pan is much better for my baking needs. My recipe baked very well in this pan. It is easy to grease, easy to get the baked goods out, and easy to clean.
