Will this be enough to power a 5v led strip ?

Hmmm ... maybe for a short period of time. Please remember you are dealing with a single 1.5 battery in that three of them are used only to generate 4.5volts. The current capacity still remains the same meaning that of just a single battery. In truth, I would look for another way to power the 5v led strip not unless its current draw is next to nothing which it could be.
