The markers are very colorful and allow for wide coverage of larger pictures. Some pens don’t have the brush stroke that allows wider spreading when Coloring large templates like flowers or faces. Etc. They are reasonably priced and worth the money. Unlike some markers, they come with a stand where you place them standing up. It’s different but practical. Enjoy!

Just bought these and they are so much better than anything else out there. I have been through a lot of markers but these are quality. Beautiful colors, great dual tip for broader strokes or more detailed work, and the color lays down beautifully. I'm really loving the variety of color.

Even if you have no talent whatsoever like me - you can still have a lot of creative fun using these markers. You don't have to be a pro to enjoy this set. These markers feature tons of vibrant colors that really pop on the page. There are even a few neon colors. With Brush pens there is a little bit of a learning curve for beginners, but they're fun to experiment with. Keep your sense of play about you as you experience what these markers can do. These pens cap nice & tight to preserve their ink so they won't dry out. I absolutely love the Adult Coloring Book that accompanies this set. It features appealing designs that offer something for everyone (mandalas, animals, seascapes, floral designs) & have plenty of detailed areas to fill in that will make the best of your markers. The biggest problem with this marker set is that the colors are not labeled or numbered & if you put them back in the case you may forget which color you used for what & where, or mix them up. Also some of the markers are kind of gushy & too much color comes out on the page. They say they don't bleed, but they do. Any surface residue can be cleaned up with isopropyl alcohol. Some reviews complain about duplicated colors, but I haven't found any exact matches. One fine tip got mistakenly duplicated, but that's it. The purpose of a large set like this is to give you a wide variety of subtly different colors. Put them together, add a little water, & they create a really cool & amazing watercolor effect. There are however a lot of marker caps that randomly misrepresent the actual color. The dark deeply saturated pastels can really throw off the effect you are trying to create if you're really looking for the cap color. One peach tone marker has a dry fine tip that differs from the actual brush color. For all these reasons together, I took off one Star. Keep in mind when the seller tells you that this set is good for doodling, journaling, and lettering - they mean it. If you really are a pro & you really want pens that will take your art to the next level, a more professional set of Brush Pens may better meet your needs. But if you are a beginner looking to experiment, explore, & unleash your creative side, this set is a good place to start. And for the price you get loads of vibrant colors to keep you engaged in your arts. Once you swatch them out, you'll see the difference between the colors. I have never used water-based Brush Pens before, & I was unaware of the watercolor effect. Just for fun I used a tiny paint brush & added a little water to a few doodles. The watercolor effect was unearthly & ethereal. The teals unexpectedly broke down into mellifluous blues & greens that reminded me of tie dyes. So use those "barely different shades" to layer colors in your water colors & move them around on the page. That's what they're made for. The less hard I "try to do art" & the less talent I display...the cooler & more groovy the watercolor effects have been. If you long for talent, but you love art supplies, like I do - you may create some really amazing things with this set. I recommended this Shuttle Arts set for beginners who want to experience Brush Pens just to experiment & see what they can do on the page. The fun factor is worth the price of the set. For less than the cost of a pizza delivery, you can create beauty & feel Like God The Day The Earth Was Made...

Work great with the adult coloring books. They don’t bleed thru to the next page. Great colors !

I bought these for my 9 year old step-daughter and overall they've been some of the best markers we have tried. The colors are vibrant, bright, and accurate. For most paper types, the markers do not have any noticeable bleeding. However, on very thin paper they bleed slightly. The dual tip design essentially gives you two sets of markers. Both tips write clearly and cleanly. Being a nine-year old, she likes to color on things other than paper. I've been able to wash the markings off of walls and carpet without issue. Some markings on clothing I was unable to remove. If clothing is colored on, it may come off with a quick treatment of laundry stain remover. However, I didn’t find the marks on her clothing until it had been sitting for about 24 hours. I recommend these if you love coloring with your kids!

I liked the idea of being able to buy pastel colors, because marker colors are somewhat intense. But these still weren’t light enough. For example, there are lots of pinks, but not a true pale pink (the one that is there is sort of peachy). Only one blue light enough for sky blue and after just two months, it’s out of ink. Same thing with my favorite purple. Disappointed they didn’t last longer! Also, it’s annoying that the pen caps can’t be put on the other end of the pen when it’s being used, and frustrating that both ends are not colored. They worked great in the beginning, so I was willing to put up with the minor annoyances, but out of ink after just two months? Unsatisfactory. Please fix these issues & try again.

Love these pens! The pastel colors are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for adding a soft, aesthetic touch to notes, journaling, or coloring. I really like the dual-tip design—the brush tip is great for lettering, and the fineliner side is perfect for details. They write smoothly, don’t feel scratchy, and the color payoff is consistent. With so many shades, there’s a lot of variety without feeling overwhelming. Definitely a great set—highly recommend!

Brought these for scrapbooking, love the colours, they work well. cant wait till i do scrapbooking on saturday to have some fun with them.
