The material seems like it has reach it's shelf life, material gums up if the design is too detailed. I use the same design with MakerBot filament with no problems I have tryed different approaches with the problems I have had with this material with no luck, so I use it only for bull work. Don't trust it for multiple runs, and extruded text. I have a Makerbot Replicator 2 (doesn't have a heated bed) and I generally set the temperature of the extruded to between 210 and 230 for printing PLA. I thought this filament was what I had been getting from MakerShed, but at a way better price.
