I honestly can't find fault.
(Arm Weights 4.4 LBS) These go on just fine. I'm sure some reviewers are doing it wrong. The straps aren't meant to wrap round your whole arm! The photos in the instructions are too small, which doesn't help. But you can work it out. 1. You should have a left-handed sleeve and a right-handed one. If not, consider returning them. 2. Sleeves go on with the weights outside, visible through the mesh. 3. Drape the correct sleeve on an arm, with the narrow strap at the wrist and the straps hanging on the far side. 4. Bring the elasticated, wide strap underneath, straight across to the buckle, and feed it through. Pull it to get some stretch then take it back under the arm to the velcro where you attach it. Simple. 5. Pull the narrow wrist strap across underneath and just continue wrapping it round snugly onto the velcro. It doesn't stretch, and it doesn't need to be too tight, because (hopefully!) your wrist is the smallest part of your arm. Sorry for the explanation, but this is how the instructions should be. I already had a pack of identical steel weights. I found that some of the pockets can hold two weights, so I now have seven weights per sleeve. It looks like I *could* squeeze two weights in every sleeve but some would be very tight. Maybe they are designed to take two weights per pocket, or maybe it would be pushing my luck and they'll tear. I'll use them like this for now. Maybe it will loosen up with use. They could double up as vambraces in the event of a machete attack. I miss the 20th Century when we didn't have to think of such things.

Comfortable and Easy to Wear
These weights are incredibly comfortable. The material is soft against the skin, preventing any irritation even during extended workouts. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, ensuring they stay in place without causing discomfort. They’re perfect for adding a bit of resistance to your exercise routine. they may not fit comfortably on larger arms. While they’re perfect for my wrists, someone with larger forearms might find them a bit tight.

Heavy and uncomfortable.
These are alright weights but I have some issues with them. First off the straps are awkward to set up correctly since they are too close to the edges of the weights. Since only one per has the bukle it makes tightening the lower strap awkward and unweildly often you wrap it around and the material folds the wrong way and you can't use the velcro. The next biggest issue is the lack of padding. Out of the two sets of weights I own these ones are way more uncomfortable the metal bars remove almost all the flex from the things and the material of the rest of it is corse and rough so it can start to rub uncomfortabley against you. They can be strapped to your arms that the main reason I got them honestly but even then I have an issue of them being a bit too long for fore arms but at the same time they aren't wide quiet enough for calves. But honestly yeah for my purposes these will do. A bit of cussioning on the inside of the weights would go a long way but that's just not the product.

Nice item use every day!
Nice item, I was afraid that the weight can fall during active section, but have a strong Velcro that prevents any accidental fall, fits to both my forearm and calf’s,not for small calf’s and arms or kids, good product!

Uncomfortable
These are very uncomfortable. Extensive padding needs to be added before you can use for any length of time.

Muy útil
Duele un poco si lo aprietas demasiado cuando aún estas delgado, pero al crecer musculo no se nota. Funciona genial y se sujeta muy bien.

Too narrow
Straps not long enough so they can cut circulation and cause swelling as they will be too tight
