These bench scrapers are excellent. The stainless steel feels sturdy and well made, and they work perfectly for cutting dough, scraping surfaces, and general kitchen prep. These have a nice sharp edge that makes cutting dough and scraping it off the counter really easy. I own several bench scrapers, but I like these the best. Great quality and very effective.

I don’t know what I did before I had a Bench Cutter/Scrapper. I use them way more often than I expected to. In fact I dedicated one to the kitchen and the other one to cutting my cold process soaps. (It actually works much better for me than the cutter that was sold specifically as a soap cutter.) It really is a time saver and cuts well. I also appreciate the value of being able to buy a pack of two instead of buying two separately.

Comes with two cutters. Works very well, and is sharp enough. Does not require a lot of hand strength to use. Easy clean up and storage right back in sleeve it comes with.
