Why are prices getting so high on Amazon? The shipping is added to the price?** A: ha! yeah some of these prices are a joke. So think twice before you pay for the convenience. I call it the "Prime Free Shipping Fee" **Q: This product is discontinued. Can anyone recommend a replacement?** A: Oh No! I did not realize this product had been discontinue. I usually buy 3 or 4 bottles when I order and I was just about ready to order another few bottles. I'm so sorry but I don't know of any other product equivalent to this one. Now, we have to hunt for another one. **Q: Its the product greasy?** A: No it is not greasy, it makes your hair stiff as though you have hair gel in your hair. My hair is very thin and I was looking for something to make it look thicker and this product is does not do that. Hope this helps.. **Q: Is this, product good for fine, thin hair to help it grow and thicken?** A: It doesn't help it grow thicker, it only gives the hair some body when you use a curling iron. My hair is fine and thin, without products like this it won't hold a curl. I love the hairspray, makes the hair stay put but brushes out. I have a receding hairline, and I can't say that this product has helped regrow hair, or even slowed down shedding. But my hair looks much healthier since using it, and the ingredients list is favorable. There's evidence that some of the ingredients can help boost hair growth, so I'm hoping for that down the line, but I haven't noticed yet. It does make hair a bit stiff right after using it, and strands may stick together a bit. I find it best to use after washing my hair at night, then applying and letting dry before bed. Then I wake up, wet my hair a bit in the sink, and comb it. When done this way, my hair is more manageable and softer than immediately after I apply it.
