Makes Meat Tenderizing Easy and Effective!

Definitely a good value and will be my go-to for tenderizing tougher cuts of beef.
It's always nice when you get your money's worth on a purchase. This meat tenderizer is very cool. it's bigger and more substantial than I'd expected. I'm very happy I bought it. I have to say, it is work. The spring is strong. I bought a couple Chuck Eye steaks to try it on for the first time. These steaks were tough. I put on some creole seasoning prior to using the tool. Plunging it in the first few times takes work but as you go you can feel the meat becoming more tender. I did both sides and it gradually gets easier as you make several passes over the entire cut. The steaks came out great if you're willing to do the work. !Definitely a good value and will be my go to for tougher cuts of beef.
